Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing you with the best tennis training experience. To ensure efficient operation and fair access to our facilities for all students, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following cancellation policy:
1. Notification Requirement:
- All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled private or semi-private lesson time and 24 hours before for any group lessons.
- Cancellations should be communicated through either our app, email, by texting 310-694-2214 and directly with the coach.
2. Late Cancellation Fee:
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson will incur a charge equivalent to the full price of the lesson.
- This fee compensates our dedicated coaches for their time and ensures that we can maintain the quality of our services.
3. No-Show Policy:
- Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the missed lesson
4. Emergencies and Exceptions:
- We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 48 hours due to an unforeseen emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
- Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the academy's management.
5. Rescheduling:
- If you wish to reschedule a lesson, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time and date, subject to availability.
6. Weather-Related Cancellations:
- In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, lessons may be cancelled by the academy without charge.
- We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
7. Refunds:
- Refunds for canceled lessons will not be provided. However, credits for future lessons may be offered at the academy's discretion.
8. Camps:
Cancellations are permitted within a two-week period. Following cancellation, you will receive credit that can be applied to future camp sessions. Please note that refunds are not available.
