how to set up your account with TEAMUP
How to Sign Up on TeamUp for Mikas Tennis Academy (New Clients)
If you’re a new client, follow the steps below to sign up on TeamUp.
For Existing Clients (Previously on Plan2Play)
If you already had a Plan2Play account, check your email for an email from "TeamUp" and click on the activation link. If you didn’t receive the email, follow the steps below to create your account:
Step 1: Click on the Sign-Up Link

Step 2: Create Your Account
Sign up with your details.
Add your child(ren) with their date of birth.
Step 3: Select a Class or Service
Browse through the available classes.
Click on the class you want to join.
Select the family member taking the class, then click on "Registration Options."
For First-Timers
If you’d like to try a class before committing to a 4-week session, choose the “Trial $20” option and click “Book Now.”
Step 4: Sign Up for a 4-Week Session
Once you’ve tried a class and are ready to commit to a 4-week auto-renewal session:
Click on “Begin a New Reservation.”
Choose either the 1x per week or 2x per week option.
Enter the start date (if not already filled in). Your subscription will begin from this date and auto-renew every 4 weeks.
End Date: Select "Open-Ended" unless you’re only committing until a specific date. Open-ended subscriptions can be canceled anytime with a simple text or email at least 2 weeks before the renewal date.
Click “Purchase” and enter your credit card information.
Click “Purchase” again to complete the transaction. You’ll be automatically added to the weekly sessions, and your spot will be reserved.

UPDATE EXISTING CARD ON FILE:
To update the payment details on a TeamUp account, you need to go to Settings >> Service Fees >> click 'Change'. On the next page, you should choose 'Use new card' and you'll be prompted to enter your new card details. To finish updating, you need to click 'Save'.
