High-Performance Class Policies

At Mikas Tennis Academy, we are committed to providing a structured and high-quality training experience. Please review our policies for high-performance classes to ensure clarity and consistency for all participants.

1. Class Size

We maintain a maximum of 4 kids per high-performance class to ensure personalized attention and high-quality instruction.

2. Prepayment Requirement

All classes must be prepaid in full through automatic 4 week payments. This secures your child's spot in the program and helps us maintain a structured schedule.

3. Approval of Class Days

The specific days your child participates must be approved in advance by our staff. This ensures proper planning and alignment with the overall program.

4. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule a class, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the spot to another student if needed.

5. Inclement Weather

If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, we will offer a makeup credit that can be used toward any other class or camp.

6. Makeup Classes

Makeup classes may be offered if space is available in other high-performance sessions. However, these are not guaranteed and depend on class capacity.

7. Makeup Day Credits Toward Camps

If you are unable to use your makeup class within the available schedule, you can apply your makeup class credit toward our camps. This provides flexibility and ensures that your child can still benefit from their training hours.

8. Attendance & Cancellation Policy

If your child is unable to attend a scheduled class, please email us at contact@mikastennisacademy.com as soon as possible.
Last-minute cancellations will not be accepted, and no makeup sessions will be offered for missed classes without proper notice.

These policies help us maintain the highest level of training and fairness for all participants. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
